Museum Rules

  • No eating, drinking, smoking, or other disruptive behaviors.
       There is a designated rest area inside the museum where patrons can hydrate.
           All other food and drink are prohibited.
           There is also a designated smoking area outside. Smoking inside is prohibited.
  • You cannot bring pets inside. Service dogs are welcome.
  • You cannot bring non-collapsable umbrellas inside, please use the umbrella rack by the museum entrance.
           Collapsable umbrellas can be brought inside the museum as long as they are in a bag.
  • Do not bring dangerous items inside the museum. Do not use lighters or matches inside the museum.
  • Please observe the following when taking photos:
     * Do not take photos inside exhibition spaces, unless it is a designated photo area or item, clearly labeled with the camera symbol and/or “Photograph OK.”
     * No flash or strobe photography
     * Do not take photos in which staff or other patrons appear.
     * Do not take photos from the central passageway/bridge.
     * When taking photos by the glass railing, be careful not to drop your camera as it could cause a major accident.
